Eindhoven's Keiron Printing Technologies has raised €20.7 million in Series A funding to bring its laser-based solder paste printing system to market. The technology replaces stencil-based printing, which is responsible for over 70% of printed circuit board assembly defects. Keiron says first-pass yield jumps from around 60% to above 95%, while lead times and programming time drop sharply. The round was co-led by Invest-NL, DeepTechXL, and Waves Capital.
